Private Session:
With decades of experience across disciplines and teaching environments, Seven creates a space where your full potential can emerge—without distraction, interruption, or compromise. Whether a solo session or a duet, the studio is yours alone, allowing Seven’s undivided attention to guide movement, adjustments, and proper form.
Semi-Private Class:
Experience the perfect balance of personalized attention and shared energy in semi-private classes. Limited to a maximum of six participants, each session is carefully curated to ensure that every individual receives the guidance and support they need—without ever feeling crowded.

Experience the Pilates Method utilizing predominantly classical equipment. Private Sessions and Classes may include the use of Classical Reformers, Cadillac, Ped o Pull, Wunda Chair, Spring Boards, Barrels, Magic Cirlces. As well as contemporaty Pilates flex bands, balls, rollers and more.
Master Educator Seven will guide you through the Pilates Method and system, adjusting to the needs of your body.
