Work with Seven Sparks, Master Educator and movement practitioner since 1998. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your body, your goals, and your energy. 


Private Session:

Experience one-on-one Pilates in a calm, focused studio setting. With decades of experience across disciplines and teaching environments, Seven offers undivided attention — guiding movement, refining form, and making precise adjustments so your body can work more efficiently.

The studio is yours alone. No distractions. No interruptions. Just intelligent movement, tailored to you.
 


Semi-Private Class:

Enjoy the balance of individualized guidance and shared energy. Semi-private sessions are limited to six participants, allowing Seven to offer hands-on attention and clear instruction while maintaining the motivation of a small group.

You’ll never feel crowded — only supported, seen, and challenged.

Experience the Pilates Method utilizing predominantly classical equipment. Private Sessions and Classes may include the use of Classical Reformers, Cadillac, Ped o Pull, Wunda Chair, Spring Boards, Barrels, Magic Circles. As well as contemporary Pilates flex bands, balls, rollers and more.  


Master Educator Seven will guide you through the Pilates Method and system, adjusting to the needs of your body.




  • Solo sessions are one student.
  • Duet sessions are two students.
  • Duet with Seven is the opportunity to work out with the master educator side by side.
  • Semi-Private Classes have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 people.

Rooted in classical Pilates and refined for the changing pregnant body, this approach emphasizes optimal alignment, breath, pelvic balance, and functional strength to support pregnancy, birth, and recovery.


Classes focus on safe, precise movement that adapts to each trimester and the postpartum period, addressing common concerns such as postural changes, pelvic floor health, diastasis awareness, and overall comfort. Gentle strengthening and mobility work are combined with breath and relaxation techniques to encourage confidence, resilience, and ease during pregnancy and recovery.


This is a nurturing yet empowering practice—supporting your body’s natural intelligence while preparing you for birth and postnatal recovery with grace and strength. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum, with modifications and individualized attention provided throughout.

This program is built for people who work with their bodies every day. Created and taught by Seven Sparks—who comes from a background in welding and construction—this work is grounded in real job-site demands, not fitness trends. It’s designed to keep you strong, durable, and working without breaking down.

Sessions use Pilates to build full-body strength, core stability, and endurance so your back, shoulders, hips, and knees can handle repetitive lifting, bending, carrying, and long hours. The focus is on efficient movement and solid support—so your body works smarter, not harder.

Myofascial release is integrated to address the areas that take the most abuse on the job: feet, neck, and back. This work helps release tight tissue, improve mobility, and reduce chronic pain and stiffness that build up over time.

This isn’t about stretching for the sake of it. It’s about staying fit, healthy, and capable for the long haul—on the job and off. The goal is simple: fewer aches, better recovery, and a body that holds up year after year.
